I made an order in November 2022 for Christmas that year. Got the order confirmation, they took my money, but never got a shipping confirmation. Fast forward to February 2023. I emailed the company asking for a refund and to cancel the order as they never sent me what I payed for. I got no other contact from the company. They shipped my order without contacting me, which is not what I asked for. I emailed them asking for my refund I asked for and never heard from them. Bad customer service.

Works Great!
I have new hair growth after having COVID that tends to stick up. This product really helps tame those hairs and put them in place. They also seem to have good customer service that responds and addresses issues. Impressed.
